After a long career writing for local newspapers β and, on rare occasions, for publications such as The Washington Post β Nora is enjoying a second wind as an innkeeper. She still blogs and does writing projects of special interest. She lives in Appalachia with her husband and a dog named Finn, who is beside himself with joy when the family's daughters have college breaks.

Thanks, Dorothy!! This book serialization is my favorite writing project of my entire career. Pure joy! Oh, I was poking around your site the other day and saw your cookbook. Well deserved.! Your recipes are amazing and, I think, exactly on trend. Blessings on sales and reaching Millennials with your blog. Each generation has to learn how to cook, doesn’t it?
Yes they do, and I think thatβs one reason it is important for us all to keep evolving. Thank you for the kind words! I love your site as well, and I wish you great success with you amazing serial project!

Thank you, Liz! I was pretty nervous as I’m usually the one doing interviews. I’m glad it wasn’t video. I think my leg was jiggling. π
