Chapter 11 of my new novel “Suspended Aggravation” is live and FREE, as are earlier chapters in this serialized magazine release.
A quick look: After sneaking off to a dinner date in West Liberty, Gabe and Allie slow to a crawl on the way back to Wheeling. It’s not just Bethany Pike’s twists and turns that changes their speed — it’s the conversation.
A longtime journalist, Nora Edinger also blogs and writes books. Her Christian chick lit and faith-related non-fiction are available on Amazon and on this site. She lives in Appalachia with her family and a goodish puppy named Finn.

Happy Resurrection Sunday, Nora! I pray that GOD will strengthen you in your ministry. GOD bless!
π That’s so fun that your hospital used to have hunts! This was the first year our family didn’t do one. Our daughters are teens now and weren’t into it. They made an Easter cake instead.
π Thanks so much, Munna Sara! I can be very slow on this kind of thing, but I’ll try. Right now, I’m making a lot of masks when I’m not working or taking care of the house/family. If you need a mask cover, email me and I will mail one to you!
π We’re using our crafty stash — which is mostly wildly colored stuff. I’m glad you’re getting a good supply of equipment. My mask — for the grocery store — is navy blue with white polka dots and hot pink trim.
It is kind of cute in a weird way. I think I might try to make a summer skirt when the store open again and I can get fabric. Have a blessed and well week!!
This does feel like one of the long-haul things. We are working on the garden a bit this week with what supplies we can get. Lord willing, we will have a fair number of sunflowers that we’ve grown from seed. Our cosmos seeds failed, sadly. Perhaps we need fresher ones. Be well, too, Munna Sara!!
Hi Nora, this is my very first visit to your blog, just want to say hello.
By the way, I am new in blogging and I hope you can support me. Just recently, I made a challenge to myself to visit at least 10 blogs each day for the next 21 days. I will leave comments during my visit too, then I will put your blog link on my blog. Hope you can visit my blog and leave your footprint too.
I followed your blog too.
